Shoulder pads aren't my friend

Clockwise from left: Warehouse (Asos), Topshop, Country Road

On my wishlist is a cream/beige blazer that doesn't make my shoulders look too big. I've tried a couple on lately but all of them make my shoulders look overgrown. Some of my online research is above. I'm especially loving the Warehouse blazer, but will need to see it in person to check the shoulder pad situation..!
